Quantity/unit size: 300 µg
Description: Goat polyclonal antibody to TBX18. This protein is a member of an evolutionarily conserved family of transcription factors that plays a crucial role in embryonic development. TBX18 acts as a transcriptional repressor by antagonizing transcriptional activators in the T-box family.Alternative names: T-box transcription factor 18 antibody.
Form: Polyclonal antibody supplied as a 100 µl (3 mg/ml) aliquot in PBS, 20% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. This antibody is epitope-affinity purified from goat antiserum.
Immunogen: Recombinant peptide derived from within residues 330 aa to the C-terminus of Tbx18 produced in E. coli.
Specificity: Detects endogenous levels of TBX18 in AtT-20, MCF7, HeLa, H69 and brain by Western blot.
Reactivity: Reacts against human, rat, mouse, canine and monkey proteins.
